Services

Our general services include:

Ad hoc support - if you have a technology related issue, you call us and we'll come and fix it. We bill you for our time by the hour and there are no call out fees or travel time, but there is a one hour minimum fee. Our rates for Ad hoc support are $120.00 per hour ex GST.
Digital Kiwi Gold - This is a fixed price support service. It covers break / fix work, proactive maintenance, backup testing and telephone / remote support.
Hardware sales - we are able to provide a complete range of IT hardware, from computers and laptops through servers, storage devices and network equipment. We also offer a free pre-sales consultancy service.
Software sales - we can supply all Microsoft products and a wide range of software packages from other suppliers
KidSafeNZ - KidsSafeNZ provides parents with a suite of tools and skills to help them keep their children safe while online
Installation and configuration - we offer a comprehensive installation and configuration service. If you buy your hardware through us, then we provide a complete turn key solution. We can also install hardware provided through other vendors.
Hardware repair - we are able to repair almost all brands of laptop, desktop, server and printer.

Consultancy - if you have a specific business problem that IT can help you resolve, then you need to talk to us. Getting the right advice at the right time can save you both time and money.
PCI DSS - If you are a credit card merchant then you need to comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. This is a complex process and you will need help with it. We can provide that help.
